There are snake in the hen house all the time. It takes a real POS to go and try to snake your help out from you. At least your guy stood by you. Thats a real trooper.
SO many times we see guys jump ship and breach a contract in our industry. And seldom do they get penalized. But, you do have a good attitude about it.
Take it in stride bro. That snake trying to steal your help can't get his own and won't last long. You keep on keeping on.
