You don't always have to be 'green' to lose your life. I worked with a lineman in So. MD who, for some reason, was moonlighting installs on the weekends. Paul was doing an install on Dahlgren Nave Base in Dahlgren, VA. Now, Paul is a good hook and I had never seen him use an aluminum ladder but this day he did. Carrying the ladder from the pole to the house he did not look up to check his clearance. Next stop, Heaven Comm, Inc.
