Why should a noose, be offensive, do blacks have the copyright or ownership of a piece of rope, displayed in a traditional nautical arrangement, I think the US coast guard, and The US Navy, may have some input on this subject,
How many times have you had to experience listening to rap music, and overtly reverse racist music, while doing paperwork on your meeting day,
How many black supervisors, send their white techs (for whom they dislike) into black neighborhoods
