It's not always the upper management/ trainers fault. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink. Just because some one knows how it is supposed to be done doesn't mean that he is going to do it that way. Especially if the system is like mine. Our "QC" guy has his own route to run and never even looks at our jobs. We are required to do a self review every day, but really as long as your TC after Installs are low. No one even cares. I take pride in my work, but for those that don't this is a disaster. I have been to some very bad installs that were just installed a week or two ago. I never say anything because as Subs if we complain it's just as easy to terminate our contract as it is to hear us bitch. Just saying Most of installing is common sense. I don't want a kroger bag outside housing my modem, or wires all over the landscaping I spent to do. So why leave it like that at someone else's property.
