If you can afford to work in a different area, try that. Premier or its sub (depending on who that particular idiot worked for), is probably on the hook for either not conducting background checks on its employees or they are in the process of proving that they did. In the meantime, Comcast has to limit its liabilities until their insurance company & lawyers come up with the next process. Sorry you're getting the raw deal. If someone at Comcast knows your work is good, try talking to them to see if you can go to work for a different sub. If you are absolutely sure you can pass all the background checks & drug tests, try that. Comcast cannot put the squeeze on all of you individuals, especially if their work starts to pile up....
