I have also found that having a DP adapter can sometimes save the day. I had a 301/311 that wasn't working on a movers connect. I didn't have an extra reciever, so I tried the adapter and bingo. That was several months ago and no call backs since. I don't rely on this method, however it is good to know your options. And also, most CSR's will add the adapter to the wo without any problems.
