Amen,thats how its run put out fires all day long not enough help to even think of having job descriptions! I'd like to see my job description in writing lol! The boss would run out of paper! Supposed to get off at dinner yesterday,decided snr was bad on one node had to fix it before holidays. Spent 3 hrs in pouring rain finally tracked it down to shotgun blast in last (brand new) express spacing (F##KIN A##HOLE FATASS REDNECK CAINT HIT A DOVE IN THE AIR ) fixed that only to discover highband roll-off,its now 12:00 and I'm soaked,15 modems offline everybodys gone. I go home change beg my only tech in end up rebalancing entire node in the rain back home 8:30. Wake up power supply off messages full, phone ringing off the hook(F##k). Change that puppy out in the damn rain back home 9:00am ready for more gonna be a long weekend or probably no week-end only to do it again. To everyone else happy holidays.
