Re: 2 tv's from 1 reciever

When I find a satellite prewire has been installed to the outside of the home, I find that the customer expects to see no wires other than a few inches necessary. So, I am in the situation of telling the customer that they will have to have the Dish put somewhere else, that a visible ground wire will have to be installed, that they will have to be rescheduled while THEY CONTACT an electrician to pound a ground rod and install a backbond ( I ain't doing it, didn't you hear about the Comcast tech who did?). These customers get pissed off, and its because their home wasn't wired for the system and who's fault is that? You can say that it's the customer's fault, but I am not a part of that argument because I tell them that they can whine about it to their builder, not me.
