just my two cents. it seems to me that there is to many co. and contract co.s out here that is looking to get rich off of the work and sweat of other ppl and not thier own. they want thier hummer but not to work for it they want that caddy for mama to drive and that mansion on the hill but not to work for it themselves. they will start a co. and hire subs and then not pay them what they owe them for the work done. then when they get a bad rep. in the business. they will close up shop and start a new co. with the same trucks and tool just under a different sign on the door. not to mention that all the money and paper work on these co.s is in the names of someone that really doesnt exist or thier kids names and they declare that they are bankrupt and hell they go out and do it all over again. it is called have no ethics and just plan old greed. just my 2 cents
