Anyone notice that the MSOs is cracking down and making a lot more back charges on bogus stuff and forcing you to do all of their research for them to prove that you are innocent? My younger brother is doing work out of Charter and he does a three play install that takes him over three hours. then the next week the prime tells him that he's getting back charged for the entire job because it didn't pass a eqa. Turns out that the company site was down on that day. Then they tell him that it was out of spec and he didn't put any levels on the work order. Turns out that he did put levels on the work order - just that they are to lazy to do there own research. Is this bogus or what?
Looks like the company man is robbing us so he can make his bonus
Now my bro has to go back and get new readings at the MTA or modem so the company can do its own job at the installers expense.
