i love mythbusters, i'm watching the holliday episode on my dvr as we speak, but i can say from experience (as a child) this pissing or spitting (if it doesn't come out in a lump suich as would happen when spitting off a trampoline after you got drop kicked in the mouth trying to prove you were kerry von erich) that it does in fact hurt.......more scare the hell out of you.......but the peeing thing (when the dogs found a new way out and you assumed the fence was off) is kind of painful..........again more of a shock you can't describe, but either way any fluid path that you can put out connecting a soft body part and an electric fence is indeed a shock to the system!
