Cadillac pads are the big Velcro pads and they are way better then the leathers. There are several different kinds out there with different straping styles and thicknesses. Halls equipment has a good selection of everything you need - be prepared for the sticker shock though.
you need to have enough wisdom to keep from making the wrong decisions but enough courage to make the right ones
