Personally speaking, I wouldn't have installed this unless I have written permission from the owner and seeing that you have rain gutters there is no eave available expect where the dish is located (is there an eave on the left side of the townhome?) Or have the owner signed a waiver for roof mount just to protect yourself from a possible future lawsuit. That is my two cents.
