You are wrong about the constitution it has a taxes and teriffes part to it also. That is in there for the import taxes to keep the low cost of the over seas labor out and to keep it conpetitive with the US market place for the workers here in this country. So sounds to me like sopmeone needs to re read thier history books or go back to school.
