In my experience I have found that if a company owner or manager states "we are not trying to get rich around here" to walk immediately. My response is, I am not trying to go broke around here, just pay some bills and feed my family.
I get 80/25 with dish in my area and I feel pretty good about it. I am sure some are making more, but it is better than what I have made in the last 5 years, with the exception of a Circuit City contract which paid 90/25.
