A good comeback would be, what do you know you're just a ______. Fill in the blank with one of the following: (1) woman (no offense to the wives out there, but if a woman says it, they deserve it back.) (2) bee!tch (this can be directed to either genders, you is what you is) (3) Let's face it the possibillities are endless here. Let your imagination fueled by a healthy dose of anger lead the way.
Another good comeback would be; Oh yeah, well that's not what your wife/daughter/mother said last night when I left a $100 tip on the nightstand! Always opt for mother here unless the other party is over 60, then either wife or daughter is appropriate.
If it is a customer who has spit in your face with such non-sense, ask him/her if they have ever seen Jim Carry in "The Cable Guy". Then say, I can blow your friggin TV's all up, lady!!! Pause for a good minute for dramatazation, and have a good old belly laugh while contiuing back to work.
All of these are great for relief, but terrible for customer refferals, then again one never knows what might make a lasting impression on a someone out there.
