I pulled into a job yesterday and there was a HSP DT* van in the street. I walked up to the door , the person in the van was on the phone , I believe calling in a no line of sight. When I got to the door the lady in the van yelled "are you the customer" Mind you I am riddled in DT* duds. I said no I am with DT* here to install a satellite. She said I don't think that it will go...LMAO, is that because of the rain or the wind, I asked. She said the trees....Anyway long story short, I put the job in with no obstructions @ all. The customer had ordered service from two different retailers. I put the job in and called my brother in law who is a manager up @ that HSP, the lady will not be working there as of this morning. Just try to imagine how many people are denied DT* just because HSP techs don't wanna do the work.
