like i said i want the drugs you are on. My guys don't work for free, it may seem like it at times but it all works out at the end. If you would have stuck it out, you would have found out for yourself. Now i get guys like you answering my postings for work all the time, i tell them like i told you, it is long term we do it all including maintenance, you all say that is what we are looking for, tired of the moving around this way i can be with my family more often, no more living in motels. Now the pay is less, but if you average the hours you work, the health/ life ins, the 401k it comes out for the average guy here around the 20.00 to 25.00 per hour range, ( IN-HOUSE LINEMAN). good luck gypsying around the country though some people just prefer that.
