Your not wrong..
while it took us forever to get paid and finally ourselves told them we would no longer install for them they called and said we missed a job and was going to charge back a month after we sent emails stating we no longer would accept work from them.
Had also called 5 times prior to the email with no responce and still noone had seemed to get the messege. Then they turned around and called us back two months later and asked if we would pick up a job! the next thing thewy heard was a , (CLICK)
