The newbies like Wilson are what is wrong with the industry these days because they do not have a clue what the Old School workers have been through. We have been through the ups and downs in the business from not having any work to the consistent pay cuts. Before any of you newbies judge us please try walking in our shoes. Word to the wise, "do not judge or point fingers". Where is the TEAM effort anymore!!!
