I'm new to the business with less than a year experience, but my opinion is that this business is what you make of it. If your willing to get out of the truck and make it work, it will. Without the will to work experience will only get you so far. Maybe some of the experienced ones aren't the go-get-ers they once were. In my opinion those who feel they can ride on what they know apposed to what they do need to find something other than production. Hell I remember standing on a ladder in the rain trying to keep things moving while you were sitting in the truck Kodiac.
