the benefits are the insurance packages and the fact that they take out your taxes, plus they should supply all your tools, reimburse you with millage up to so many miles per day. the main advantage that seemed the best to me was the fact that they will have to pay you overtime now!
Example: you do 1000.00 in piece work for the week and you worked 60 hours. take that 1000.00 and divide it by 60(hrs), which equals 16.67/hr. now you have your hourly for that week. then you get to get 20hrs overtime pay w/ that. (time and a half) that's 25.00 a hour. so now you can take your 1000.00 + 500.01. so your check should be around 1500.00 less your taxes, which if your single should be around 18-20%, basicaly 1200.00 for your check after taxes.
