So who can, or would like to, share their knowlege or Experience relating to how this affected their Bottom Line? What kind of monies are you making now, compared to being a sub? The Company I am working with has decided to go Employee Base at the beginning of the year. Wondering if I should Cut and Run while I can, or should I Hang Out and see for myself what changes will occur. I have an Opportunity that I am looking into that has an Al a Carte billing that is sort of close to home. Within 100 miles. Wondering if the expense of travelling and being away for the week rather than commuting will be worth it. But I am missing one thing that I need to have to figure this out. Its what will their pay structure be once thay do go to this Employee Base System. So I am asking others who have done this for Advice. Thanks for taking the time to read and respond to this post.
