AMEN!! You hit the nail right on the head. I've been on more than one project where the prime was making their weekly numbers, only to hit the end of the job, and have several hundred thousand dollars worth of clean up to deal with. That is what drove many a company out of business. Got lucky enough to land a prime contract, did not manage it properly, allowed hacks to make a killing off it, and in the end, lost their ass.
