yes it is just about gone .just a few of us left and we are being pused aside somewhat as well.all the job post i see are asking for 3 to 5 years exp.lololololol,what a joke that is when i first got on this site years ago it was a min of 10 but now days no one has that many years out there ......i would consider myself as an old dog weighing in with a cool 21 years on the line and being the only lineman to make the grade on the puerto rico experience i saw the beging and the end of that one as well as the comcast rebuild in brazil......11 months in PR with over 350 miles of fiber it was surly different ..so my hat is definatly off to all of THE OLD DAWGS
