Good old Dawgs are long gone. Only a handful left and most of them have been shoved aside into QC or low level management positions. I miss the good old days where we actually made good money for quality work and corporations were not the type of companies that passed the work on to a friend, brother, etc to take an additional 25 to 30 percent off the top.
I have seen people rant and rave about needing unions, however, the answer is everyone needs to stand together again as a team with true belief in who we are and what we do for these corporations. Instead, there is too much greed and deception that creates the backstabbing, judging and theiving that our industry seems to thrive on.
Good luck to those of us still left and try to pass on the good things that happen when we are working as a team.
