I will not take it lightly. I too am an Anglo, Conservative, Christian, who knows that GOD is colorblind. AND.....I live in Southern, California which is one of the most racially diverse places in the US. I don't think anyone takes your job from you based on his race, they take it based on your arrogance and unwillingness to actually work for your money.
