Common sense and proper tools for the job can keep you out of trouble.
I was given an 18 foot "Grabbit" that I use quite often, and since have purchased a "Creep-zit" and a "fish-eze". These make my work alot easierand keep me out of attics and crawlspaces for the most part. Me crawling in a 12 inch high health hazzard is not going to happen unless I happen to be carrying that kevlar NBC suit w/contained breathing apparatus and buit in night vision viewing glasses and Jessica Alba is waiting at the entrance with a fistfull of hundred dollar bills to stuff into my jockey shorts at the end.
Luckily most MSO's in this area forbid wallfishes simply because they don't want to pay out for a house that some derranged ex burger flipping idjit turned "tech" burned to the ground because he went beyond his mental capacity as the mono-browed troglodyte he or she is.
