Re: Techs Beware!!!

i pay for the best materials i can find at the cheapest price i can find. period. i pay my taxes every time, on time, and i crawl under sub floors and attics if i deem it safe and worthwhile. the truth is it's like wallfishes. even if the sub won't pay i'll still do it for free when it's to my advantage. i can't think of many occasions when sub crawls don't save me time and money and in the summer it's better than being in the sun. attics blow in the summer, but that's worth the time and money generally too.
