phone policy is better with dish, but my company has a fit when you charge the customer for anything except for trenching over 50 feet, but they can't decide what they want me to charge for that either. one thing i like about the dtv fliers i get in the mail is that the first thing i see in the fine print is "custom, complicated installations cost extra" free wallfishes still kill me even if they are usually faster and cheaper than that house wrap.
