Well the best thing in my opinion is switch to dish network if sub does not have a home phone they pay dish 5 dollars a month for not having one. If they have home phone service and is not within the jumper distance of 25 feet you can charge 60 dollars per phone line ran. Depending on your location you use one dish lees wire and material. I am fortunate the company I work for pays for all my material and i still make great money. We get 75 per single and 15 per each room after. They use dual tuners so you get to diplex back out to your second room which is nice especially when it comes to a 628,622,322 receiver. You might want to check around for a dish installation company in your area.
