John.G....it has been an honor to see that other people see such business ethics as you do. Seems companies have thrown away their bread to get to the butter.......turn around is fair play...its just too bad their aren't enough people like yourself or mine to do "The Right thing". I have always understood mortgage payments, child support, bills, etc......Maybe im old school but i say if you did the work ...you get paid. If you did a crappy install......u go back and make it all better.......and we never see that again for continued employment.....not the other way around in terms of doing your job right and having to have proof...and to have ppw discrepancies by a dot on an I...."Cause thats why we didn't pay you" Mentallity...and Techs accept it.. there are a lot of good working people and a lot of hacks...but i can say i care about this industry to get out of this residential crud and hit more commercial where it gets done right from beginning to end.
