Your turn for what, to rationalize why you cannot maintain a general ledger? That you apparently hire people without any concern for their wellfare, without any confidance in work availablility? Look at this board. Every freaking week comes another 3 primary contractors stealing or mismanaging a subs money away, money that belongs first and foremost in that workers pocket.
