Re: Brewster-Out of Business?

Right on uboat, the experienced techs that I still talk to at BA are all looking at an out within 6-12 months. I myself am looking at another field of work which will allow me to exit out of this one. It is scary, but as the saying goes, I was looking for a job when I found my last one.

The execs and mngrs are all well aware of the situation high churn rate and subsequent symptoms as well. It is still puzzling, why kill the goose that laid the golden egg. What is td's objective? Is it merely a numbers game?

Think of it like this, if you are in power and would like to make drastic changes but the numbers don't support you measures, then causing a problem would lend itself to you being able to give the solution. Much like how our gov't works today, but that is for a different post.
