Yep, that's the way I see it as well. Seems it's only the Bruister execs who can't see that or maybe they are just too afraid of Herb to admit it publicly. You'd think they could see the difference in the attitudes of the employees when they started bringing in the company vehicles and low hourly pay rates. Most were happy up to that point, now, good luck finding anyone working outside of executive or managerial staff who say's anything positive about the company, the pay rates or the benefits.
