Most people can appreciate your honesty. Having said that, I would be very careful about pulling your pants down in a public forum such as the Bar.
Just fill out the paper work and do your Job as best as you can.
Evan the most self proclaimed professional companies have convicted felons on staff. They just are better at hinding things.
