Usually, If there is profesional and a coutiuos atitude contract negotiation is a smoth process. And if we are to be honest generaly the newbies take bottom offers. most guys have a verifiable track record or references, And there for, do have the bargaining chip for negotiation. But, as we both know TX, every one has to pay their dues so to speak. It all begins with communication and effort.
will techs starve? depends on a couple of things realy. I mean is there enough work? is there enough experience? the degree of what you and i may call bottom line can't work for that pay, may be diferent for some one else. We must not forget. for each of one of us that have experience, that does not take the lower pay, there are at least 3-5 more who will and don't have the expeience.
