Aside from your unique way of spelling and punctuating your statement I agree with you. I have met sharp, competent guys working for the local HSP.
I just don't know many thay have worked for them for a long period. You have about two months before some strange backcharge creeps into your pay. Corporate policy will eventually ding your check. Can't get through to close out a job? No problem........they will charge you. Cx decides to disconnect the phone line you connected?.........no problem....they will charge you..................... Route come in a little late with all the jobs in the AM or PM......no probblem.......they will charge you,

This is called taking the good with the bad...........or fraud.
Hang in there. As we speak new guys are trying to figure out your job so that when you quit they will jump in for less money.
