im not trying to convince anyone of anything. and i dont care what u think of the hsp's, im not concerned about the hsp's. but some of us inhouse techs that happen to work for hsp's are very capable of trouble shooting, and in general are damn good techs. but as i said before we have some good & some bad just like most companies. dont incinuate that all techs that work for hsp's are stupid, wich is what i got out of this thread and i am just backing myself up just like anyone else would do if i said it was funny to send a qualified contractor to troubleshoot a simple problem incinuating all contractors are stupid.i dont bash u guys so dont bash me.
