Re: DISH is so much fun!!

with all the extra eqipment needed for dish to work i can understand why it takes so long for a response. i had a customer call me cause dish was not working. they had a dish 1000, and a dp pro 44 switch. no signal, i disconnected the switch, signal. i let dish take care of replacing the switch, but at least the customer could watch tv till then. 100 to me.
