I'd be interested in more details also,sounds like it could compete in areas where t-1s are high. We pay approx $1300 per here because of our location in relation to nearest pop same t-1 90 miles away is only $800! I was able or should say currently working on relocation of t-1s only 24 miles away and transporting back over our fiber for a substantial savings but it cost me two fibers I didn't want to dedicate for this. One thing I have learned when building out fiber put as much spare count in as you can afford cause the day your done you'll wish you had more!
