I can't remember the name of the company,but I can remember the details. Bill Karnes from Dallas talked to me about it,the equipment is $20,000 and the charge per sub is$13, there is a delay, there is a cap such as 300 subs.They can sell you the speed your customers want,up to a certain point.I think they manage the equipment for this price and they have been around for 4 years or so. they are out of Arkansas.
