Just remember to wear gloves and always be aware of where your knife and or any other tools that can hurt you be. In other words learn to use the tools properly and safely and you'll be fine. Too many accidents are caused from techs being careless. I have seen guys lose fingers because of it, experienced guys with many yrs under their belt because they were in a hurry or just didn't think. Remember Safety First.
