129 is a lower powered sat in comparison to all the other dish satellites Programming does depend on market and supscriptions. Here in middle TN thereis no need for a 61.5 unless you subscribe to international or sky angle. 148 elevation is 14 so that is why we use 61.5 (eastern us) and western US uses 148. Dallas is in the middle so yo may be good with either one.
