It's called the trickle down theory.
back it off and slow it down to a trickle.
the other subs that can handle the work will.
slow down what you hand them.
if you have 15 subs and 5 are slacking. have ten pick up the work for the 5 and trickle out the five slackers.
this is just an example.
the truth is the longer you keep slackers the more damage they do to you comany and the moral of good workers.
would you work for a company that keeps people around that could cost you your livelyhood?
