You may be right about the "workers" of the next generation. But you are absolutely wrong about the "worker" of the next generation.

The "Worker" (real producer) will always find a way to build a good future for himself and his family. He (or she) is so rare and in such demand that opportunities will actually find him.

He will not be bitter nor waste time blaming others for his lack of success. He is a team player while he is on a team, but if his team and it's coaches (management) are not providing an environment in which he can win, he will look for another team or, more likely, another team (one that wins) will find him.

The WORKER of the next generation will do just fine.
