If you are wanting to take the composite output of a 622 or 211 and convert it to a digital HD signal and broadcast over a single coax I am sure the cost if pretty high. If you want to broadcast this signal over the air you would have FCC violations. The TV 2 coax output is in standard definition. Easiest way is to use HDMI for your TV 1 location and a 5 conductor mini coax from you composite output TV 1 to your TV 2 location. Receiver must be in single mode to get the HD in both locations. The 622 does not have TV2 HD output. Personally the 622 works best in single mode record and watch something at he same time.
