I want to take a high definition signal and convert it to a ota signal via modulation. Are there any low cost solutions?
The output could be DVI or Componant for video and RCA or Toslink for audio.
It needs to be converted to a channel such as 2.1 - 69.1
Any help woul be appreciated.
