Re: TOA/ETA system... feedback anyone?


I agree that it can be a very useful tool to the installer. One thing I like about it is each installer can look at his route the night before and know what he is dealing with ahead of time.
I've heard a lot of complaints though about equipment activation taking too much time or not being done at all, then the tech in on the phone anyway.
For some reason if TOA fails to get the equipment online, there are a lot of hoops to jump through.
As I mentioned before the MSO here is really holding our guys feet to the fire on the missed time frames.
I hope that they realize that putting no customer contact jobs in time frames really skews the system as far as completion in time frame percentages goes.
