Re: TOA/ETA system... feedback anyone?

we use that system and I really like it.. u can do anything from it except a cold hit.....ie: add equipment, activate, collections hit, move it to the right location(slot a,b,c) saves a lot of hold time and bothering the dispatchers with a lot of bull. u cannot close a job and do it later because u have to put in a eta of 1/2 hour and then the automated system calls the customer 3 times and if the customer does not answer it will drop the job from your route.
